Looking for the best hd projector that will fill at least a 90 inch screen with a 10.5' throw in the $1,000.00 or under range. Trying to build a low cost HT, Please help me decide.

Thanks in advance for your help

For the absolute best-bang-for-the-buck Froogle the InFocus SP7210 (http://www.google.com/products?q=infocus+sp7210&scoring=pd&sa=N&lnk=next&start=10). You ought to be able to find a re-manufactured, warrantied unit for your budget.

It is a true 1280x720 DLP unit with a very good reputation.

It will do a 90"D screen from 10.9ft

I have not checked out the calculations but the Mitsubishi 1500 (720p) is less than $800 at Amazon right now. I suspect that it would work on a 90" screen at 10.5 ft away though.

Thanks for all the info. I have been looking at the Epson Home Cinema 720. It looks like I can get one for $1100 after the $50 instant savings and $100 mail in rebate that also includes an extra bulb. What do you all think? Anyone have any concerns ordering from visualapex.com.
