We got our home theater professionally installed while we built a new house.

The HT guys did their thing a couple months back and after a a couple months we decided to get dimmers set in place.

Well, we got those like a week ago, and they are controlled with a separate remote. Am I able to program the light remote into the MX350?

I have like 0 knowledge in this area, so if someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Not a URC guy, but if it is a learning remote and the light remote is IR then you should have no problem. If the light is RF, then its a no go...

What kind of dimmer??

The dimmer is a Lutron SPS-FSIT

Yes. There should be a URC code that will control it or you can learn the code from the remote you have.

Thanks for the help fellas.

I tried that learn thing and it worked fine. It took a little to add a new page (titled Light), but I got it working.

Last question.

All our equipment is in the back of the room, and there are little like receivers or something one each device, that I guess catch the signal since we aim at something in front of us.

With the lights I aim to the side, is it possible or worth doing something to be able to aim straight ahead, or would I have to wire something from the lights to the back?
