Anybody watching tonight? No flames if you're not interested. Four of the best women's players are represented in the final four. Candace Parker-TN, Maya Moore-UConn, Candice Wiggins-Stanford and Sylvia Fowles-LSU. These are definitely four of the best players in the women's game.

i always thought this was one of the more underrated ESPN shows that they do very well but don't get the credit for. It's well produced and tightly executed and on par with what CBS is providing for the Men's game.

Well, the 2nd game had an exciting finish for sure.

not exactly a high scoring game but you gotta love the close ones. hopefully the championship game will be an exciting one. i'd quite like to see stanford take it out since they don't get there as often as the lady vols.

i agree that espn always does a great job with the women's tournament too. hopefully they can get some WNBA games in HD this summer.

I have been watching woman's hoops now for the last 6-7 years and really enjoy the games.

I thought the PQ left a lot to be desired though can't wait till they go to MPEG 4

I doubt that will help. ESPN and ESPN2 have the highest bitrate of the channels that I get. Unfortunately last night's games would frequently disappear in a blizzard of macro blocks.

I also noticed a fair amount of artifacting, even on realatively steady shots. It will be interesting to see if it is better when DirecTV moves them to MPEG4.

How about the clock being screwed up? THe least they could do is have someone put a piece of paper up over it during halftime if they are agreening not to use it. I imagine they are ripping out the whole system today unless there is somethign obviously wrong with that one clock.
