Good integration of HD and SD material

Excellent job by the History channel and Tom Brokaw. Interesting that there are no posts under this thread. I don't know why I am surprised, though. You WOULD figure that Dancing with the Stars would get much more viewer participation and reaction given the importance of that show to our culture and psyche. SHEESH!!!!

Seriously, when I talk to many coworkers I find that they are not fans of tv that educates or informs. They want bubble gum tv that they can just watch and be entertained because they think all day long at work and then have to deal with kids when they get home. Tune in and turn off.

I saw some of the broadcast but missed most due to being at the airport for 9 hours waiting for a replacement plane for ours that was broken. I am going to start showing up for flight an hour late. Reminds me of my doctor.
