Cablevision, Long Island. 57" Mits DLP
Looks better than most games I've seen on ESPN in the past. The picture seems "dark", very similiar when the Braves and Nats hooked up last Sunday night.

Looks pretty good. Last week's game had better PQ, but not by a drastic margin. Also watching via Cablevision.
BTW, Swisher absolutely CRUSHED that ball in the 1st. What a shot that was. Damn, I wish he was still in Oakland.

Looks very good here on TWC in Columbus, Ohio. I could do without the ESPN2 ticker, but I understand with the Women's Tournament on ESPN.
Also, it's been fun counting all the excuses Jon Miller and Joe Morgan have for why the Tigers have been playing so lousy.

How many Big Red Machine references did he unload tonight?
I actually thought the PQ was not as good as last Sundays or some of the other opening day telecasts. The graphics seemed a bit grainy.

There's always plenty of those! It's always worse when the game is out of hand, too.
Having the Tigers President/GM/CEO in the booth for that 6-run 6th by the White Sox resulted in some of the most awkward commentating I've heard in awhile. I love how Morgan seemed dead serious when he said he "hexed" Guillen after he dropped that perfect throw to first.
After enduring Chip Caray on TBS earlier and then this, I've far surpassed my quota for incompetent commentary.

to each his own... i love joe morgan and john miller!
Morgan and Miller, like most sports announcers, just talk way too much.

I know, it's like the show " Joe Morgan, This is Your Life!"
He's been doing that for years. Enough already.
