I talked to my parents about buying a new rooftop antenna, and they absolutely refuse. So then I suggested about replacing their current rabbit ears with a better Set-top antenna, and they are okay with that idea.

Would the Channel Master 4220 (2-bay) be an acceptable antenna for use indoors? I need channels 8 plus the UHF band.

I am very happy with the radio shack 15-2186 for $50. It could be used as a set top antenna or mounted outside and it is not large or ugly but gets very good reception.
