I feel nickel and dimed to death with Directv now. The MLB package was the final straw. $160 for the package, but $55 for those same games in HD is just going beyond what is reasonable. To top it off I just got notice about that today. Never did I receive anything in the mail about the added cost, nor was an email sent to me. On top of that I had cancelled the MLB Extra Innings at the end of last year only to have it reappear on my bill this year. So after talking to D*'s customer service about why I was not getting the games in HD today to find out I didn't have the MLB HD Superfan blah, blah package, I just had them cancel it all. I'll go with MLB.com's game package and just shoot it to my big screen. It might not be in HD, but it's going to be at half the cost. D* and the cable co's might need to consider that if they keep raising prices and adding this charge and that charge, that IPTV is going to cost them in the future.
