I have a 32" Tau, Model # CT-27SX11CE. It's a great tv, but recently the picture has "dropped" about two inches.... so there is now a black bar across the top of the screen.

Does anyone know how to get into the service mode for this tv, and how to fix it?

HPOS is the setting you want, I think. Just make sure to write down the original setting before making any changes.
