About 1/4 on the left side of the screen it bends down. I worked with the tilt in the setup menu but it doesn't fix that issue. Any ideas?

You'll probably need to get into the TV's Service Menu to adjust this geometry problem. Not trivial if you've never done it before. A knowledged TV Service Tech could probably take care of it for not too much $$$.
