Hey all,

Live in Nashville and since upgrading my service to the biggest package (all the channels, all on demand, hd boxes x 3) I've been having problems getting the upgraded selections on demand. I am still able to get the old channels (HBO, Encore, and all the regular on demand) with no problems. None of the new upgraded channels on demand are working. Getting an error code E5707. Called comcast almost daily for a week and a half and get the same answers. They say the on demand service has a new updated software and they're having glitches with it that (this next part is complete b.s.) their tech guys have been working on 24 hours a day to fix it. They also said that it's a problem that's completely random (more b.s.) and can happen on any on demand channel. The reason this is b.s. is because the rest of my on demand is working fine with no problems. I'm also told that it's a free service that if it's not working there's nothing that can be done as far as a credit or anything. It seems they're not working to get it fixed at all, and if they were at all concerned about these problems that they would either...

1-have it fixed by now
2-reverted back to the old working software, or
3-have fired the ever vigilant tech guys that can't seem to get it fixed in a timely manner.

To moderator...why was this moved? Not having problem with my equipment. Its essentially a programming problem from comcast.
