It might be posted somewhere on here already(i cant find it)but i just wanted to post this because i had asked this question about the Velodyne spl1000r with the IR port on the back. and i got two replies on using a 1/8" stereo jack to the RF extender, thanks to those that told me. so i went ahead and got the stereo 1/8" jack from the shack and hooked it up. Then went onto the Harmony program and was going to just learn the Velodyne remote command by command, but first thought i would add the device as an amplifier. and what do you know, Velodyne was listed, so i used that and put in the model number and bam! I like this setup with the RF extender because where the sub is i have to get up and walk to the spot because its in a corner blocked by a couch. well i hope this helps anyone with a similar question or problem.
