It's an easy matter for me to move my ever-growing home theater rack into the room adjoining my home theater room, removing it from the soundfield, giving me more position options with my sub, and removing my gear from the unstoppable force that is my 2 year old.
As I research RF capable remotes that will control my system without line-of-sight, it sounds like a pretty worthwhile option to have some sort of two-way communication to let me know what the current volume level is, etc., etc.
I really like the form factor of some of the RTI remotes, but other than some "coming soon" remotes that may offer two-way communication, I don't think I'm going to get this feature any time soon with their current crop of remotes.
Sorry for the long preamble -- can anyone offer me some remote suggestions that might be a good fit?
