I am trying to update my remote to add a z-wave device and I continue to get an error code that it cannot connect. I was wondering if this was happening to anyone else?

If you are referring to being able to log into the web site, I was just able to log in.

i can log in okay but when i hit update it gets to 10 percent and fails

I had the same problem yesterday evening. I was able to get it to work by closing the application and then restarting everything, but then about 30 minutes later I had the same problem again. Maybe Logitech's server was bogged down.
