Would much appreciate advice of someone who knows Harmony remotes. I think mine is dead, but please tell me what you think.

I don't know how much of this is normal, since I've never had a Harmony remote before. But here's what I've observed:

Put the H1 in the charging cradle at night. White light at top of cradle flashed, remote beeped, and the touchscreen alternated between a charging battery image and something else.

This morning, white light was still flashing. No lights on remote, no beeping, nothing when pushed power button, nothing on screen. Installed computer software and connected remote. Wasn't seen by the remote software when I tried to test the connection.

Should I ask for an RMA and try again?
