I was wondering if anybody knows anything about planned features (or workarounds) to have the ps3 enable post-processing of audio before sending it over hdmi: my receiver (panasonic xr 57) suffers from the 'lfe bug' when receiving uncompressed hdmi audio (this is why I am using toslink) and it would seem that the ps3 would have enough oomph to be able to alter the channel mix on the fly before sending it out...

On one hand I do realize this might be a bit too much of a niche feature, but on the other hand being able to slightly alter the mix in the ps3 before sending it to a receiver would enable more flexibility for everybody...
