Having finished importing about 200Cd:s to the internal 60Gbdrive and also fixed all the artists,titles and album art i sat down and enjoyed it.
Everything works fine and even my wife is happy.
Then my daughter drops by and asks if she can have the songs on her Ipod
No Problemos i sad .I had imorted the albums in AAC 192 so it should be fine.
I started exporting the albums to an external drive one at the time (Sony seems to have forgotten the copy all function for Music,we have it for photos)
Lucky me that the HD:s works fast so it just took an hour or to.
Then i copyed it all to my daughters computer and she imported it to Itunes.
WHAT THE HELL:It is all in 3gp format..,that is a videoformat often used by cellphones.
AND the Albums and albumart is missing.
Only the name of the song is there.
Can someone pls help me with a proper way to do this or have i missed something here.

Unfortunately, the PS3 isn't really equipped to deal well with iPods. There's very little you can do with them at this point through the PS3. You still need to use a computer instead of the PS3 for managing an iPod.

Also, it sounds like you went through at least four or five different storage devices and computers. Any number of errors or formating idiosyncrasies could have been introduced along the way.

Itunes reads these files correctly and the musik plays fine but with no artists and albumart
