Did you switch from the Harmony 720 to the Harmony One? If so...

Are you happy with the switch? Do you feel it was worth it?

If you current remote works, not sure why you would want to switch, but that's not your question. I would choose the One because of less buttons and easier use for the customer (I'm a dealer). Unfortunately we haven't sold but 1 so far because they didn't make them with RF option. Really Dumb!

The reason for switching would be that I really dislike the buttons on the 720. I much prefer the buttons on the cable remote we have, and it looks like the One is closer to that type of look and feel.

Yes, I did switch from the Harmony 720 to the Harmony One. Like you I did not like the buttons on the 720, but I did like the feel and look of the 720; however, after having the One for 3 months I haven't looked back. On the One, the button layout and feel along with touch screen is so much better.

I received my Harmony One to replace my 720 a few days ago. So far, I love it!
