Finally opened up my planet earth box set. I noticed one of my discs has some weird dings along the outer edge. The outer edge is not completely smooth in some areas. Looks like it was pulled out of a mold or something wrong.

I think it will still play as they don't go over the actual readable section. Does this happen to discs sometimes? Should I try to return it? Not even sure if I can though because its been more than 30 days since I bought it from amazon.

Yes, Warner discs always look slightly different, and a slightly different noise is emitted from my PS3 during their playback.

yes all of the blu disc in the bladerunner set had rough edges that I tried to trim a little seemed to vibrate my ps3 trimming improved but haven't really watched it yet
