Room is named for
1) my street - Highland Oaks Blvd.
2) it is on the 2nd floor

The room is W13xL24xH10.
Screen is 110"
Projector is Z3
Audio is Yamaha & Monitor Audio
Seats are Berkline 088s

I set up the room so that I could easily remove the theater and return the room to it original state within a day or so if I had to.

The risers are built in sections and sit on top of the existing carpeted floor.
