I'm looking for feedback from lifeware users regarding their experience with the unit. Ideally I'm looking for plug and play functionality.

1) Is the unit easy to use and does it require a lot of tweaking of the pre-pro?
2) Is video and audio resolution compromised compared with average standard DVD fidelity?
3) Reliability issues?
