I have a toshiba cinema series dlp which I have had for about 3-4 years. I have noticed before that sometimes sub-titles or anything else on the bottom or sides of the screen goes off the side of the tv. It's annoying and I'm not sure how to fix it. Can anyone tell me whats wrong and how to fix it? It has become very annoying. Thank you

Your TV like most HDTVs is overscanning its input in order to emulate a standard CRT TV. Unless your TV has a setting to eliminate overscan or the source of your TV signal is a PC you probabaly cannot eliminate the effect of the overscan by underscanning the signal being sent to the TV.
What resolution are you using over what interface to your TV?,
