I have an older KLH self powered sub and it has two RCA jacks for input and output and I am trying to hook it up to my Onkyo SR 605 that just has a purple RCA for the Subwoofer. Just wondering if I will be able to hook this subwoofer up to my new receiver? Also on my Sub it has Phase switch that has either REV or NOR just wondering what they mean and which one I should use?

Thanks

Just go into either RCA in Left or Right. REVerse and NORmal probably leave it in the normal position, does the 605 have Audyssey? If it does leave it in normal. If it doesn't once you have set the system up and placed the speakers and sub where they sound the best, sit in the best seat and have some one flip the phase switch, it should be easy to tell which will provide the best bass results, that is in most cases.
