Why boo? Who cares? If someone uses cheats, they are just not getting their money's worth out of their game.

Wait, now that I think of it, could these be used in multiplayer? I haven't even logged on to that (due to the freezing). That might be bad...

Nah, they can't be used in multiplayer...thankfully. That's why they made all weapons as pickups, which was a good idea.

"Boooo" because those are the kinds of things you use AFTER you've beaten the game once. This isn't a hugely difficult game to begin with, but doing some of these missions with weapons you're not supposed to have come across yet just makes things too easy.

Of course, the people who are playing to enjoy it already know this. And I guess the ones who are only anxious to say they've beaten it and move on don't really care.

So carry on, cheaters :p

If you watch the video you will notice that it is on the PS3 (the little friend online box pops up in the top right)

But...they really haven't "beaten" it because they cheated ;). I agree, using the cheats is bad voodoo...if someone wants to check out all the weapons and such all they have to do is fire up a "party mode" game and there you have it.

I for one, would not take the chance to bricking my ps3 by using the cheats :eek:

I played my first Multi-player game last night (thanks Krieger/Dominikin!) so I saw a lot of weapons that I haven't seen in the single player yet. While they were a lot of fun, I don't want to spoil the single player by using a rocket launcher when I should be running people down with a car. :D


And, since you keep your weapons when you die, I see no reason to use the reduce wanted stars cheat--I'll just go down in a blaze of glory every time, instead...

That's great news. I have no problem with cheats that aren't multiplayer. Once you've beaten the game, it's fun to do things like spawn a heli, and raise some havoc with an RPG...:D
