I have a high end Logitech sound system (for desktop PC) with wireless rear speakers at my home in Arkansucks. I also have a home in Phoenix. I've built a PC there, but thought I'd get some advice before getting a good sound system. I bought some cheesy 20 dollar creatives to tide me over till I find what I need.

What would people consider the best 2.1 system to be? i don't need surround anymore because I built my office in my dining room so I could see the TV :). But I really don't know what to do because most 2.1 systems are cheap. They aren't built high end like 5.1 7.1 etc

Anyone got any ideas on the best route?
