I have been noticing alot of GTA IV fixes that involve backing up, reformating, and restoring the hard drive, which is effectively the same as defragmenting that can be done on computer harddisks without the complications of backup and restore. Does anybody know if having a defragment tool on the PS3 would help solve some of these problems that seem to be popping up with the large GTA IV install file.
