Any one ever have one just stop working? It charges but don't turn on.

Did you try re-syncing it? Plug it in to the PS3 and hit the PS button.

I think it is charging, when I plug the usb into it all 4 lights blink. I tried pushing the PS button, but nothing happens.

My other controller works just fine.

A) By remote, you mean the joypad, right?
B) Try syncing it again. If that fails;
C) There is a small reset button on the back: the smal hole. Push it with something smal.
