I last fought with this about a year ago with Nvidia 6150 video. At the time there was no overscan adjustment available when using component video and HD output options, e.g.

Option "TVOutFormat" "Component"
Option "TVStandard" "HD720p"

Is this still the case with newer Nvidia drivers? My old 30" HD CRT overscans too much, especially for MythTV.

The answer to this is still NO as of driver 169.12. I ended up going into the service menu on my TV and adjusting the overscan that way.
