Anyone know how to access the service menu on a Scientific Atlanta 8300HDC? I tried holding Select, waiting for the mail icon, and pressing the down button on the controller, but that just showed me a diagnostic screen.

For whatever reason my pvr is running higher brightness and i'd like to see if it's adjustable in the service menu.
