Just thought i would post that i am very impressed with Infocus and their tech support. my sp777 was over a year old and i finally got it out of the box and installed it in my neverending theater project (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=761723). i found that the panel was not aligned right. i called them and they told me it was still under warrantee. i shipped it back and when they got it apparently some kind of power supply thing had gone bad so they replaced it but when i got it back i found that the bulb was shot. i called and they escalated it to 2nd level support on friday. today one of their people called and i explained to him that the pj was over a year old but that the bulb had less than 50 hours on it and must have been damaged by the faulty power supply. i expected an issued but the guy who called was very nice and agreed to ship me a new bulb.
i know they did not legally have to do that but they stepped up and did the right thing so i thought i should tell someone. a good bunch of people.
