I'm planning to upgrade my home setup. In my planning im wondering if with the HR20 (i know discontinued) or the HR21, can I use both the HDMI and Component ports at the same time? I'm ok if only 1 can be used at a time, so long as there's a simple switch that doesnt require me to get off my butt.

For example, I would plug the HDMI out from the HR2X into my plasma, and use the component video out from the HR2X for my Slingbox Pro.

Anyone tried this setup?

My upgrade was completed yesterday. I now have two HR21's and I can confirm that both ports are active at the same time. It was my biggest complaint about the HDTivo and I'm glad to be on to more more more HD channels, and now using the full feature of my HD Slingbox.
