I would get Puzzle Quest for 1200 points. It's the best XBLA game and value yet. I would imagine noone is playing Army of Two with Halo 3, CoD4, and GTA4 in existence.

n+ and Doom! Only get n+ if you want a HUGE challenge though. Great game though. Truth is, everything that's been named is worth it.

Speedball 2, without a doubt. Awesome port of the Amiga (or whatever it was) classic. Fast paced gameplay, lots of depth, great use of $10.

Bionic Commando looks fun, Wik has a great art style and good puzzle game

I'm not a fan of paying for expansion packs, but I did buy the Marvel Ultimate Aliance one because my kids and I played the heck out of that game. Many people also bought the Oblivion expansion (but I think it was 2400 points). The problem is that the latter verions of the games (GotY edition for Oblivion, and Giold edition for MUA) has the expansion in it already.

Geomery Wars, Contra, Guantlet are all great games for 400 MS points. I would not pay for it now because it was free, but Undertow is an awsome game.
