I am not sure I will be buying the seating soon, as I will be recovering from the expense of building this thing :) But I want to start looking ahead to what I should do for seating.

I have some flexibility on the surround placement.

I'd recommend Berkline 45086 or 45088s. You can fit set of 3 straight or curved or set of 4 in chair/loveseat/chair configuration.

I have thought about the set of 4 configuration...but would I be able to actually get around it.

As per your drawings you have 154". 4 Berkline 45086 or 45088 recliners in chair/loveseat/chair straight configuration will take 108" leaving you with 46" - 23" per isle - a bit tight but doable.

I thought the 088's took up more room than that.
