trying to decide between these two tvs.

I will be putting HD source through both, 1080p and 720p. I hear at 40/42'' that 1080p is neglegable.

I do watch some SD stuff, but SD performance isn't vital.

I may game on it from 360/wii but I have my dell 24'' monitor that I may use instead so as I can sit closer (pc gamer in me).

I just want the screen that offers the best performance for movies/tv shows really, I'm definately buyin the TV for the HD side.

Oh ill be sitting at around 6-7ft away
