I recently purchased one of these cables for a 50' run and couldn't be happier - no sparkles and reasonably priced. No need for any other boosters - it comes with a plug-in wall booster in case your application needs it - my Dish HD receiver didn't require it anyway - just needed to modify my wall plate opening to accomodate the slightly larger cable size rather than my older component cable. I have now ordered a 6 footer as a patch from my denon DVD player to my receiver. I am not associated with this company in any way - just a happy customer.
