Hi is somebody can answer below ?

I have several people complaining about some mosaic appearing on the screen about each 5 minutes interval. So I did test 2 dct in parallel and one of them is ok but the other is giving some mosaic.Cables and connexion(spliter) are ok, oob have a good snr, and in band status have a snr above 30. What can be the source of the problem ? :eek:
