I bought a panny yesterday and didn't have any problems. Today I started to watch some SDTV (no HD service quite yet.) and noticed a 5 or 6 inch white line that would flicker after a couple of minutes. The only thing I have done is watch some TV shows and run the break in DVD for about 14 hours these past 2 days. Could anyone explain what the flicker is and how I might go about fixing it. Thanks a ton in advance.

I should add that my directTV is hooked right into the TV.

Does it happen on all channels?

Does this white line extend halfway down or up the screen and stop in the middle?

Got any pictures of the anomoly that you can post?

Can you connect the TV to an antenna and check the same channels to see if it still happens?

Is the flickering line across the very top of the SD picture frame?

It is connected by coax cable. Yes its on every SD channel. Sorry but can't get any pics of it and no antenna to hook up. I know i'm not helping much , really sorry about that. I have messed around a bit and the break in dvd is just fine, from light to dark colors I don't see any change. Same with 360 and component cables. Now I am a little less worried but would still like to know if its just a weak signal on my direcTV or something else.

Edit:I forgot to add that its is a horizontal line that starts at the left most corner about 8 inches down and extends around 6 inches to the right.
