I moved to King of Prussia PA recently and I am thinking about getting cable tv(comcast?), however I don't have a TV but a PC and notebook at home, so I am just wondering what kind of setup would I benefit more consider my situation.

by the way, I have a wireless router and internet service already.

If I just get a tv tuner, will I be able to receive any free over the air channel?

I would recommend a QAM tuner for your PC if you want to be able to receive the local unencrypted HD channels. Try the HTPC section for info on PC tuner cards.

Slingbox Solo will not stream HD resolution to your computer, just more flexibility of where you can watch. You can not hook the coaxial cable directly into the SOLO. You need to first go through a set-top cable box.

With a PC tuner, you will want to get one that can tune both NSTC and QAM if you want to get both local unencrypted HD cable and your other cable stations.

As for free OTA, go to anntenaweb.org - looks like you can receive all the networks in HD from Philadelphia. Maybe you won't care if you have cable. If you get a USB ASTC tuner, you could use it with either computer, just need some type of antenna to receive the locals. Plus if you have Windows Media Center, you can use the computer like a DVR.
