Is there a legitimate amplifier on the market? I want to feed multiple tuners with the signals received from a single antenna. For example, a single TV antenna feeding an analog TV tuner, two FM tuners, a VCR analog tuner and a digital TV tuner.

The signal strength is great when one or two devices are attached but when I hook all these devices to that one antenna (via signal splitters) the signal strength (reception) is degraded on all. Without some sort of amplifier, I am getting crappy reception on everything.

A simple but very cumbersome answer is to use a separate antenna for each tuner.

Please consider the upcoming conversion to digital broadcast in the near future. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a dead ended technology that lasts only one year.

Not sure what you mean by "legitimate" some of the best (and most expensive) amplifiers are made by Research Communications (http://www.researchcomms.com/index.html) Their 9254 wideband amplifier covers both UHF and VHF.
