Hey everyone, so I ceiling mounted my projector today... and I can't for the life of me get the picture square. It seems the middle is arching up slightly. Keystone adjustment won't let me raise both sides. My question is what might be causing the image to arch like that? It is very noticeable with satellite when the program guide is up as the lines are not straight. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Greetings

Keystone is a bad feature to use. It degrades the signal a lot. Reduces resolution along the way.

Need to try to get the image square with the screen without keystone.

:(

Your screen might not be flat against the rear wall, or the wall might not be flat. A warp or raised bulge in the screen will cause the effect you're seeing.
