If you are not getting them now, no, you will not get them even if you pay for them, using the Samsung. Most cableco's do not pass any HD except local HD, in the clear. It's very unusual you're getting Mojo, TNT, etc.

You are receiving them because your cable company is currently passing them as unencrypted QAM, most systems encrypt the pay channels which then requires their box to un-encrypt.
