I have recently bought a Sony HDD camcorder. After transferring some files to my pc, and then burning them to DVD ( DVD+R) using the software supplied with the camcorder, I found that I couldn't play them on my Sony DVD player ("cannot read disc" message displayed).
I am a total novice in this area; am I doing something obvious wrong? I am aware that Sony DVD players are renowned for being "selective" as to playing DVD's, but surely they should be able to play home movies recorded by a Sony Camcorder?
I hav tryed researching this subject but can't find out much...do I need to finalize the disc before I play it, and if so, how do I do this?
