Is there a place to buy the back lit posters like Target has in their video department? I remember being in love with the first Fantastic Four back lit movie poster or whatever it's called but I have no idea where to find one.

google double sided movie posters. The back is printed in reverse and the poster intended for light boxes. Many vendors. The older and the more popular the movie effects the price.
Found one but it is $100. ouch. You can get posters for movies out now for $10-20.
here is one source for the one you describe.

eBay.
I have gotten almost my entire collection from eBay (~250 posters)
A lot of the posters at Target/Walmart are commercial prints. If it is a commercial print it is likely it was never made as a double sided poster. The double sided posters were made specifically for movie theaters for us in a lightbox.

Actually Target displays them in a lightbox but they arn't for resale. Promotional only. I asked.

That's exactly the only I want. Now where do I buy the lightbox for it? Never mind. Ouch! and you thought the poster was expensive. From $200-$1700 Wow!
Thanks again.

There have been several threads here on building a DIY poster box.
Also there are some blogs and other websites documenting the concepts. Just do a search.
here is one:

I would advise you to wait, especially if you don't even have a lightbox but eBay item 230227798154 would do the trick for far less. If one goes up for auction it will sell for $15 tops.
The lightboxes are certainly not cheap. They are also expensive to ship. Even 27X40 frames are pretty spendy.
