Enemy Territory: Quake Wars PS3
Author: Andy Fair
Published: 1st June 2008

PC gamers may be rubbing their hands in glee, for Enemy Territory confirms what they've believed all along – if you've already got the PC version, there's absolutely no reason why you should torture yourself with the console version.

In fact, even if you don't have the PC version, there's still no reason why you should torture yourself with the console version.

...you should only really pick this up if you're really desperate for some online gaming

A bad port of a game nobody on console cares about. Way to go Activision.

Wasn't this game a dud on the PC too? I remember playing it and just not feeling like Quake at all to me.

Cliff is a game designer, John Carmack is a programmer. I don't think one can do the other's job.

It was made by the people who did the "Enemy Territory" mod for Return to Castle Wolfenstein and was very similar to that. I don't know why they decided to tack on the Quake license to that gameplay... its not like Quake has a rich backstory or anything.

I heard the game sold decent but honestly it missed its chance... it was delayed like a year and came around right next to Team Fortress 2...

It's not bad on the PC- I got it as a freebie with my videocard. But this is one game that really needs the mouse+keys to play.

Do yourself a favor and go buy UT, you'll be better off.

All I know is that the human juicer video on the PSN is hilarious.
