I have not had my PS3 that long but I have a question, on all the manuals on the left side of the PS3 there is that cover THEY SAY you can lift up and there is like CF card, SD card and such. I have tried to lift that cover but it will not come up, of course I did not want to try to hard to break it. But if there is stuff under this cover how in the heck do you lift the cover up? It seems locked down hard if you can lift it up.

ummm....you have a 20GB correct? No card readers are included in that SKU, sorry for the bad news.:(

edit: Do the 40 GB models have card readers....I'm thinking not, but I could be wrong.

thanks for checking, I was not sure if it did or not, you see it on all the systems but it does not say what systems have it and what do not. Thanks for the information. I was just wondering I use tversity anyhow to stream pics and stuff.

You can purchase an inexpensive USB memory card reader and gain the same functionality. I have the 40GB PS3 and pop my digital camera's SD card into the reader to view the pictures all the time.
