I'm having a problem with my Supercube II. At first I thought it was a faulty sub, but recently, Def Tech sent a brand new Supercube and it still doesn’t work.

This is a list of the issues I've had:

First time I sent it back was because the right passive radiator was damaged.:confused:

Second time, the left one was damaged.:eek:

Third time the main sub was busted.:mad:

They sent me a new one and when I plugged it in there was a pulsing sound coming from it. The second time I turned it on the pulsing noise was gone but now there is no noise coming from it at all. It doesn’t seem to be working.

I’m using a Yamaha HTR-5960 to power it and a Monster THX LFE cable.

Any suggestions or ideas on why I'm experiencing this?
