I managed to get the tubes out of the projector (well, I've got one, I'll disconnect another after I get this one finished) - I scraped off the silicon and man.. that little screw is on there TIGHT. I am not having any luck getting either of these bad boys out.. I don't want to strip them.

NEC XG 75 - anyone want to tell me what sized screwdriver you are using or any other tips battling this thing?

I think it's a # 2 screwdriver?

Push down HARD on the screw head to release them as you turn. That way you won't strip them..
