I have searched and searched for the service menu code - sent PM's, posted in other forums, searched the forum... I have a 2nd television and I somehow entered service mode. When I exited (turned off the TV) and turned the TV back on the initial "boot" screen comes up, but the screen goes blue and I can't get a picture. I can enter and see the regular menus, but I'm at a loss as to why no picture.

I'd like to get back into service mode, but for the life of me I can't figure out how it happened in the first place.

If anyone has the code to enter service mode on a byd:sign d:4232 I would be extremely grateful.

It's a discontinued, sort of first generation, pos plasma (probably private labeled, conglomeration of parts)... since I wasn't getting anywhere on finding the service mode code I opened up the case and unplugged the jumper on the powersupply. I made two discoveries. 1) By doing this I reset the defaults and the display works fine. 2) The panel has a Samsung sticker on it. Not sure who made the electronics, though.
