When I turn on my LG plasma TV I see an initial flicker on the screen and then the picture comes up on the screen. I called LG and they tell me that when I turn on TV the gas on screen is cold and thats why I get a flicker. When TV plays for a while and I shut down and restart I don't get as strong of a flicker on screen. Does any of this makes sense. Thanks
