Looking forward to these two new episodes tonight on Discovery HD. Web site shows a start time of 8pm ET (Mexico) and 9pm ET (India). However, my Comcast DVR schedule has them starting at 5pm PT (local time for me).

Seems to have took them awhile. I really enjoyed the first four, the one about Oz in particular. It kinda felt like they were done with it, sure is nice to see some new episodes! Its a great series.

Thanks for the heads-up on this. I also thought the series was finished. This series should be made "required viewing" :D

I should add that for me its on the Discovery Channel, not Discovery HD, via Comcast.

Sadly, the way the series is listed, you can't get a Season Pass on TiVo. Each episode has a different title, so each has to be found and recorded separately. :(

Didn't like the one on China, felt like I was being sold a product more than shown a documentary. I liked the Mekong: Soul of a River series a lot more.

So as not to start a new thread...
For those who are interested:
Three new episodes of Discovery Atlas are scheduled for Thursday (Oct. 1, 8 to 11 p.m. on the East coast) night on Discovery HD (not HD Theater). The three countries documented are: Russia, South Africa, and Egypt.
