Just wondeing if anyone is good enough to share some tips and tricks how on to adjust color temp settings on HDTV's.. im finding more and more tv's now a days dont just have the preset "normal, cool, warm" setting but they also have a "user" or "custom" setting which lets you further tweak the individual R,G and B levels... yet i know of no such way of properly calibrating this. I have DVE and though its great for the basic stuff (brightness, color, tint, contrast).. DVE and probably AVIA do not explain nor show you how to adjust the color temp.

It's called instrumentation. (color analyzers) You need it if you want to get this part right. Or else you randomly adjust it until you arrive at something you like ... whatever that might be.
